The problem
The original client workflow involved processing Uber Driver screenshots from different interfaces and transferring useful trip/fare data into a custom spreadsheet structure. Manual copy/paste work was repetitive and error-prone.
The workflow
The local tool classified screenshot types, ran OCR, parsed fields, validated extracted values and exported structured records. Low-confidence or uncertain records could be pushed to a manual review queue rather than silently accepted.

What the portfolio does not claim
The public presentation uses fictional/sanitized receipt data. The older delivery evolved through patches and manual-review logic, so the portfolio focuses on the real workflow problem and solution rather than presenting the historical code as a polished modern product.
